VERILY, [O believer,] it is We who have bestowed from on high this Qur'an upon thee, step by step - truly a bestowal from on high! 23 Therefore stay patient upon your Lord’s command, and do not listen to any of the sinners or ingrates among them. 24 And remember the Name of thy Lord at dawn and in the evening 25 Prostrate before Him and glorify Him extensively during the night. 26 Lo! these love fleeting life, and put behind them (the remembrance of) a grievous day. 27 It is We Who created them, and strengthened their skeleton; and We can replace them with others like them, whenever We will. 28 Surely this is a reminder, so whoever pleases takes to his Lord a way. 29 And ye will not, unless Allah willeth. Verily Allah is ever Knowing, Wise. 30 For He admits into His mercy whomsoever He will; as for the evildoers, He has prepared for them a painful chastisement. 31
