In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
I CALL TO WITNESS those who are sent consecutively, 1 and then storming on with a tempest's force! 2 And by the winds that scatter clouds and rain; 3 then winnow them thoroughly, 4 And by the angels that bring the revelations to the Messengers, 5 To end all argument or to warn. 6 Indeed what you are promised, will surely befall. 7 Then when the stars become dim; 8 Heavens will rent asunder. 9 And when the mountains are blown away 10 and when the messengers are brought together at the appointed time -- 11 To what day is the doom fixed? 12 To the day of decision. 13 And what do you know, what the Day of Decision is! 14 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 15 Destroyed We not the ancients? 16 So shall We make later generations to follow them. 17 So We serve the sinners. 18 On that day, woe upon those who have rejected God's revelations! 19 Did We not create you from a base fluid 20 We then kept it in a safe place. 21 until an appointed time? 22 Thus did We Plan and how excellent is Our planning! 23 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle 25 The living and the dead, 26 Have We not placed high mountains upon it and given you fresh water to drink? 27 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 28 Walk on to that which you called a lie. 29 Go to the shadow with three ramifications, 30 Neither shady nor protecting against the blazing Fire. 31 it indeed throws up sparks like castles, 32 As if they were tawny camels. 33 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 34 On that Day they will be speechless, 35 Nor are they suffered to put forth excuses. 36 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 37 Such is the Day of Decision. We will gather you with the ancients. 38 So if you have any ploy, try it against Me! 39 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
