Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 He hath raised the height thereof and perfected it. 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 But when the great calamity will come about 34 The Day when man shall remember (all) that he strove for, 35 and the blazing fire [of hell] will be laid open before all who [are destined to] see it. 36 Then he who had been rebellious 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 The Abode will be Hell-Fire; 39 But as for him who feared the Station of his Lord and forbade the soul its caprice, 40 Verily, Paradise will be his abode. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 [But] how couldst thou tell anything about it, 43 Its knowledge rests with your Lord. 44 Your duty is only to warn him who fears it. 45 On the Day they see it, they will feel as though they had stayed (in the grave) no more than one evening or one morning. 46
True are the words of God the Almighty.
