He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ He frowned and turned away 1 when the blind man approached him, 2 You never know. Perhaps he wanted to purify himself, 3 Or be admonished, so that the admonition might have profited him? 4 As for him who is not in want of any thing, 5 To him do you address yourself. 6 What does it matter to you if he will not become pure (from disbelief, you are only a Messenger, your duty is to convey the Message of Allah). 7 And as for him who cometh unto thee running, 8 And with fear (in his heart), 9 of him you were unmindful. 10 By no means! Verily it is an admonition. 11 and so, whoever is willing may remember Him 12 upon highly honored pages, 13 Exalted, pure. 14 (Written) by the hands of scribes- 15 noble and purified. 16 Perish the human! How unthankful he is! 17 From what did He create him? 18 From Nutfah (male and female semen drops) He created him, and then set him in due proportion; 19 He makes his path easy for him. 20 then He caused him to die and brought him to the grave, 21 and He will resurrect him whenever He wants. 22 Yet man declines to do His bidding. 23 Then let man look at his food, 24 We poured down rain abundantly, 25 Then We split the earth properly. 26 Then We cause therein the grain to grow, 27 And grapes and herbage, 28 And Olives and Dates, 29 And enclosed gardens luxuriant. 30 And fruits and Abba (herbage, etc.), 31 A provision for you and for your cattle. 32 Then when cometh the Deafening Cry 33 on that Day each person will flee from his brother, 34 And from his mother and his father, 35 And from his wife and his children. 36 Everyman, that Day, will have enough to make him careless of others. 37 Faces on that Day shall be beaming, 38 laughing, joyous; 39 And other faces, that Day, will be dust-stained; 40 and covered by darkness. 41 These will be the unbelievers, the wicked. 42
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

توجد تمارين تحفيظ للوضعين العربي الأصلي والعربي المخطوط بأحرف إنجليزية فقط. ولا تحتوي الترجمة الإنجليزية على تمارين حفظ.
There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
