The Comet (Al-Taareq)
17 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Town (Al-Balad) before The Moon (Al-Qamar)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the heaven and the night-comer 1 And what shall make thee know that which the night-comer is? 2 It is the shining star -- 3 There is no living being but there is a protector over it. 4 So man must consider from what he has been created. 5 He has been created from an ejected drop of fluid 6 Coming from between the back and the ribs. 7 God has certainly power to bring him back (from the dead). 8 On the Day when man's deepest secrets shall be put to the test 9 He shall have neither strength nor helper. 10 By the sky which returns [rain] 11 and by the earth ever bursting with verdure, 12 Indeed the Qur’an is a decisive Word. 13 and it is certainly not a jest. 14 Behold, they [who refuse to accept it] devise many a false argument [to disprove its truth]; 15 And I am planning a scheme. 16 So grant the unbelievers a respite: let them alone for a while. 17
Almighty God's Truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
