The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of thy Guardian-Lord Most High, 1 Who created and proportioned 2 And the One Who kept proper measure and then guided. 3 The One Who produced pasture. 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 WE SHALL teach thee, and thou wilt not forget [aught of what thou art taught,] 6 Save that which Allah may will. Verily He knoweth the public and that which is hidden. 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 Therefore do remind, surely reminding does profit. 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 But it will be avoided by the wretched, 11 and suffer the heat of the great fire 12 wherein they will neither live nor die. 13 But those will prosper who purify themselves, 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 Nay, but you prefer the present life; 16 although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Verily, [all] this has indeed been [said] in the earlier revelations 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
