Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 as well as all that you cannot see: 39 because the Quran is certainly the word of a reverent messenger. 40 It is not the word of a poet, little is that you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 (It is) a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 43 Now if he [whom We have entrusted with it] had dared to attribute some [of his own] sayings unto Us, 44 We would have definitely taken revenge from him. 45 then We would surely have cut his life-vein 46 and not one of you could have defended him. 47 But verily this is a Message for the Allah-fearing. 48 We certainly know that some of you have rejected it 49 And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers. 50 Certainly it is a Truth of absolute certainty. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
