The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 Who creates, then makes complete, 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 Who brings out the pastures 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 We shall make you recite (the Qur'an) so that you will not forget it, 6 save what God wills; surely He knows what is spoken aloud and what is hidden. 7 We shall facilitate for you the Easy Way. 8 So remind, if the reminder should benefit; 9 He will heed who feareth, 10 But it will be avoided by the wretched, 11 Who shall enter the great fire; 12 Wherein he will neither die (to be in rest) nor live (a good living). 13 Prosperous is he who has cleansed himself, 14 And remembers (glorifies) the Name of his Lord (worships none but Allah), and prays (five compulsory prayers and Nawafil additional prayers). 15 But ye prefer the life of the world 16 although the life to come is better and more enduring. 17 This indeed is what is taught in the former scriptures -- 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
