The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, 1 Who creates, then makes complete, 2 And Who has measured (preordainments for each and everything even to be blessed or wretched); then guided (i.e. showed mankind the right as well as wrong paths, and guided the animals to pasture); 3 who brings forth green pasture, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We shall make you recite so that you will not forget, 6 Save that which Allah willeth. Lo! He knoweth the disclosed and that which still is hidden; 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 Therefore do remind, surely reminding does profit. 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 even he who shall roast in the Great Fire, 12 Wherein he will neither die (to be in rest) nor live (a good living). 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 and remembers his Sustainer's name, and prays [unto Him]. 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 even though the life hereafter will be better and will last forever. 17 Verily this is in Writs ancient 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
