The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ GLORIFY THE NAME of your Lord, most high, 1 Who created all things and fashioned them in good proportion; 2 And Who hath disposed and then guided, 3 And Who bringeth out the (green and luscious) pasture, 4 Then turneth it to russet stubble. 5 We shall make you recite so that you will not forget, 6 except whatever God wills; He knows both what is manifest and what is hidden -- 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder benefits, 9 Soon whoever fears will heed advice. 10 But it will be avoided by the wretched, 11 Who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Then he will neither die in it, nor live. 13 Prosperous is he who purifies himself, 14 remember the name of the Lord, and pray to Him. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 even though the life hereafter will be better and will last forever. 17 Verily, [all] this has indeed been [said] in the earlier revelations 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
