The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the forenoon (after sun-rise); 1 And by the night when it is still (or darkens); 2 Thy Guardian-Lord hath not forsaken thee, nor is He displeased. 3 Indeed what is to come will be better for you than what has gone by. 4 Your Lord will soon grant you sufficient favors to please you. 5 Did He not find you orphaned and shelter you? 6 Did He not find thee wandering and direct (thee)? 7 Did He not find thee needy, and suffice thee? 8 Therefore, be not harsh with the orphan; 9 And as for him who asks, do not chide (him), 10 And abundantly proclaim the favours of your Lord. 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
