Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Have We not opened your breast for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him))? 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 Which weighed down your back? 3 Have We not raised your remembrance? 4 So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 and be devoted to your Lord's service. 8
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
