Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Have We not opened your breast for you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him))? 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 Which pressed heavily upon your back, 3 have We not given you high renown? 4 Then verily along with every hardship is ease. 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 Then when thou becometh relieved, toil; 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8
