Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded for you your breast, 1 and relieved you of your burden 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 And We have upraised for thee thy renown. 4 After every difficulty there is relief. 5 truly with hardship comes ease.' 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 and be devoted to your Lord's service. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
