The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 and man will cry out: “What is the matter with her?” 3 That day it will narrate its annals, 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 That day people will proceed separately to be shown their deeds. 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 and whoso has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
