SAY: "O my Sustainer! If it be Thy will to let me witness [the fulfillment of] whatever they [who blaspheme against Thee] have been promised [to suffer] 93 do not, O my Sustainer, let me be one of those evildoing folk!" 94 We have the Power to strike them with torment before your very eyes. 95 Repel evil with the best deeds; We well know the matters that they fabricate. 96 And say: "O my Sustainer! I seek refuge with Thee from the promptings of all evil impulses; 97 and I take refuge in Thee, O my Lord, lest they attend me.' 98 Until, when death cometh unto one of them, he saith: My Lord! Send me back, 99 so that perhaps I shall act righteously for the rest of my life." Although he will say so but his wish will never come true. After death they will be behind a barrier until the day of their resurrection. 100 Then when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no more relationships between them that Day, nor will one ask after another! 101 Then he whose balances shall be heavy - these! they are the blissful ones. 102 but those whose scales are light shall forfeit their souls and live in Gehenna (Hell) for ever. 103 the Fire smiting their faces the while they glower there. 104 [It will be said]. "Were not My verses recited to you and you used to deny them?" 105 'Lord' they will reply, 'adversity prevailed over us and we were erring. 106 Lord, take us out of this and if we sin again, we shall certainly be unjust". 107 Allah will say: "Away from Me; stay where you are and do not address Me. 108 Verily! There was a party of My slaves, who used to say: "Our Lord! We believe, so forgive us, and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of all who show mercy!" 109 "But ye treated them with ridicule, so much so that (ridicule of) them made you forget My Message while ye were laughing at them! 110 Indeed, I have rewarded them this Day for their patient endurance - that they are the attainers [of success]." 111 He will say: how long tarried ye on the earth in number of year? 112 They will answer: "We have spent there a day, or part of a day; but ask those who [are able to] count [time]" 113 He will say, “You stayed but only a little, if you knew.” 114 Did you think that We had created you for a playful purpose and that you were not to return to Us?" 115 Therefore exalted be Allah, the King, the Reality: there is no god but He, the Lord of the Throne of Honour! 116 And whosoever calls upon another god with God, whereof he has no proof, his reckoning is with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not prosper. 117 And say: 'My Lord, forgive and have mercy, for You are the Best of the merciful' 118
