The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

By the snorting chargers, 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 rushing to assault at morn, 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 Penetrating deep into the armies, 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 He certainly has a strong love for wealth and riches. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not that, when the contents of the graves are poured forth 9 And the secrets of the hearts exposed, 10 Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds). 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
