The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

By the snorting chargers, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 Then those charging in the morning 3 blazing a trail of dust, 4 Penetrating deep into the armies, 5 Indeed man is very ungrateful towards his Lord. 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not - when that which is in the graves shall be ransacked? 9 And the hearts' contents shall be brought into the open? 10 Verily, that Day (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) their Lord will be Well-Acquainted with them (as to their deeds), (and will reward them for their deeds). 11
