The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the snorting courses, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 by the dawn-raiders 3 Then thereby raise dust, 4 Then rush thereby upon an assembly: 5 Surely Man is ungrateful to his Lord, 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 Surely he is passionate in his love for good things. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not that, when the contents of the graves are poured forth 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
