The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn, 3 Then, therewith, with their trail of dust, 4 thereby storming [blindly] into any host! 5 Most surely man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 And lo! in the love of wealth he is violent. 8 ۞ Knows he not that when the contents of the graves are brought out and poured forth (all mankind is resurrected). 9 and that which is in the chest is brought out, 10 Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Acquainted. 11
Almighty Allah's Truth.
