The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Calamity! 1 What is the crash? 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 [It is] a Day when mankind shall be like scattered moths 4 And mountains will be like flying wool. 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Scale 6 shall live in a life which is pleasing, 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 His refuge will be an abyss. 9 Would that you knew what hawiya his? 10 A burning fire. 11
