The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

The Calamity! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 The day on which men shall be as scattered moths, 4 And the mountains will be like carded wool, 5 And then, he whose weight [of good deeds] is heavy in the balance 6 He shall be in a life well-pleasing. 7 but he whose deeds weigh light in the Balance 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 (It is) a hot blazing Fire! 11
