The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The (unprecedented) crash! 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 How will you comprehend what the startling calamity is? -- 3 On that Day human beings shall be like scattered moths, 4 And the mountains shall become as wool carded, 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Scale 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 His refuge will be an abyss. 9 And what can make you know what that is? 10 Raging Fire. 11
