The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

The Striking! 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 On that Day people shall become like scattered moths 4 and mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Then he whose deeds shall weigh heavier in the scale 6 Will have a tranquil life; 7 But as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be light, 8 His dwelling shall be the Abyss. 9 How will you comprehend what that is? 10 (It is) a hot blazing Fire! 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
