The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The event that terrifies the hearts! 1 What is the striking (Hour)? 2 And what will make you know what the striking (Hour) is? 3 The day that men shall be like scattered moths, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Scale 6 will live a pleasant life, 7 but he whose scales weigh lighter, 8 His refuge will be an abyss. 9 Would that you knew what hawiya his? 10 A flaming fire! 11
