The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)
9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
WOE unto every slanderer, fault-finder! 1 Who accumulated wealth and hoarded it, counting. 2 thinking that his property will make him live forever. 3 By no means! They will be thrown into hutamah. 4 And what do you know what the Crusher is? 5 (It is) the fire of Allah, kindled, 6 to penetrate into the hearts. 7 closed around them 8 in extended columns. 9
True are the words of God the Almighty.
