Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Did you see him who gives the lie to the Reward and Punishment of the Hereafter? 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 And does not induce others to feed the needy. 3 So woe to those that pray 4 But who are oblivious of their moral duties, 5 Those who do good deeds only to be seen (of men), 6 and refuse charity. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
