Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Did you see him who gives the lie to the Reward and Punishment of the Hereafter? 1 That is he who repelleth the orphan, 2 And does not induce others to feed the needy. 3 So woe to the worshippers 4 but are heedless in their Prayers, 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 And withhold the necessaries of life. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
