Al-Anfaal 7 of 10
And recall when the hypocrites and those whose hearts were diseased said: 'Their faith has deluded these (believers)'. But he who puts his trust in Allah shall find Allah All-Mighty, All-Wise. 49 If thou couldst only see when the angels take the unbelievers, beating their faces and their backs: 'Taste the chastisement of the burning -- 50 This is your punishment for what your hands wrought. Allah is not unjust in the least to His creatures.' 51 Like Pharaoh's family and those who have gone before them, they disbelieved the signs of Allah. Therefore, Allah seized them in their sinfulness. Mighty is Allah and stern in retribution. 52 That is because Allah would not change a favor which He had bestowed upon a people until they change what is within themselves. And indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing. 53 This was the case with the people of Pharaoh and those before them, who rejected the signs of their Lord and were destroyed for their sins, and We drowned the people of Pharaoh as they were oppressors. 54 Verily the vilest of moving creatures with Allah are those who disbelieve - wherefore they shall not believe 55 Those with whom you make an agreement, then they break their agreement every time and they do not guard (against punishment). 56 If ye gain the mastery over them in war, disperse, with them, those who follow them, that they may remember. 57 If you fear treachery from any of your allies, you can dissolve with them equally. Allah does not love the treacherous. 58

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
