1/4 Hizb 27
< random >
But the godfearing shall be amidst gardens and fountains: 45 Enter therein in peace, secure. 46 We shall strip away all rancour that is in their breasts; as brothers they shall be upon couches set face to face; 47 no fatigue there shall smite them, neither shall they ever be driven forth from there. 48 ۞ Inform My servants that I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 And that indeed the punishment of Mine is a painful punishment. 50 Tell them about Abraham's guests: 51 They entered to him and said: 'Peace' but he replied: 'We are afraid of you' 52 They said: Be not afraid, surely we give you the good news of a boy, possessing knowledge. 53 Abraham said: "What, do you give me this tiding though old age has smitten me? Just consider what tiding do you give me!" 54 They said: We bring thee good tidings in truth. So be not thou of the despairing. 55 He said, "Who but the misguided despair of the mercy of their Lord?" 56 He said: what is your errand, sent ones? 57 They replied: 'We are sent to sinful nation. 58 Except Lut's followers: We will most surely deliver them all, 59 Except his wife, of whom We had decreed that she should be of those who stay behind. 60

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
