Al-Hijjr 4 of 6
Verily those who keep away from evil and follow the straight path shall be in the midst of gardens and springs of water. 45 “Enter them with peace, in safety.” 46 We shall cleanse their hearts of all traces of ill-will; they will be like brethren seated on couches facing one another. 47 Neither any hardship is to reach them in it, nor are they to be expelled from it. 48 ۞ Announce, (O Muhammad) unto My slaves that verily I am the Forgiving, the Merciful, 49 And verily My torment! that is the torment afflictive 50 Inform them about the matter of Abraham's guests. 51 [how,] when they presented themselves before him and bade him peace, he answered: "Behold, we are afraid of you!" 52 They said: Be not afraid! Lo! we bring thee good tidings of a boy possessing wisdom. 53 He said: Do you give me good news (of a son) when old age has come upon me?-- Of what then do you give me good news! 54 give me good tidings?' They said, 'We give thee good tidings of truth. Be not of those that despair.' 55 He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?" 56 He said, 'And what is your business, envoys?' 57 They (the angels) said: "We have been sent to a people who are Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners). 58 “Except the family of Lut; we shall rescue all of them.” 59 except his wife who is doomed to be left behind." 60

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
