Indeed, the righteous will be within gardens and springs. 45 Enter therein in peace, secure. 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 No fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they [ever] be removed. 48 ۞ Announce to My creatures that I am indeed forgiving and kind, 49 And that My Torment is indeed the most painful torment. 50 Inform them about the matter of Abraham's guests. 51 When they came to him and said: "Peace," he answered: "Truly we are afraid of you." 52 They said: "Fear not! We give thee glad tidings of a son endowed with wisdom." 53 He said, "Do you bring me such news despite my old age? What kind of good news are you bringing me?" 54 "We have given you the happy tidings of a truth," they replied. "So do not be one of those who despair." 55 He said, "No one despairs of the mercy of his Lord except those who are in error. 56 [Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers?" 57 They said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals, 58 barring Lot's household, all of whom, behold, we shall save 59 except his wife. We have decreed that she will be among those who remain behind [and will be lost]. 60
