They ask you concerning the mountains: "Where will they go?" Say: "My Lord will scatter them like dust, 105 And leave it as an empty plain, 106 [so that] thou wilt see no curve thereon, and no ruggedness. 107 On that Day, they will follow the Summoner, who is not crooked, their voices hushed before the Merciful, and you shall hear nothing except a murmuring. 108 On that Day intercession shall not avail save of him whom the Most Compassionate Lord permits, and whose word of intercession is pleasing to Him. 109 He knows what is before them and hidden from them, but they cannot grasp it with their knowledge. 110 ۞ (All) faces shall be humbled before (Him) - the Living, the Self-Subsisting, Eternal: hopeless indeed will be the man that carries iniquity (on his back). 111 But he who does of righteous deeds while he is a believer - he will neither fear injustice nor deprivation. 112 AND THUS have We bestowed from on high this [divine writ] as a discourse in the Arabic tongue, and have given therein many facets to all manner of warnings, so that men might remain conscious of Us, or that it give rise to a new awareness in them 113 Therefore Supreme is Allah, the True King; and do not hasten in the Qur’an (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) until its divine revelation has been completed to you; and pray, “My Lord, bestow me more knowledge.” 114 We made a covenant with Adam before you, but he forgot, and We found him lacking in constancy. 115
