When Moses said to his servant (Joshua): "I will not give up till I reach the confluence of two oceans, or I will journey on and on." 60 And when they reached the point where the two met, they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the waters, being free. 61 So when they had passed further on (beyond that fixed place), Musa (Moses) said to his boy-servant: "Bring us our morning meal; truly, we have suffered much fatigue in this, our journey." 62 His companion replied, "Do you remember the rock on which we took rest? Satan made me forget to mention to you the story of the fish and how it miraculously made its way into the sea. 63 [Moses] said, "That is what we were seeking." So they returned, following their footprints. 64 and found one of Our servants, on whom We had bestowed grace from Ourselves and unto whom We had imparted knowledge [issuing] from Ourselves. 65 Moses said to him: "May I follow thee, on the footing that thou teach me something of the (Higher) Truth which thou hast been taught?" 66 He said: "You will not be able to bear with me. 67 For how can you patiently bear with something you cannot encompass in your knowledge?" 68 He said, 'Yet thou shalt find me, if God will, patient; and I shall not rebel against thee in anything.' 69 Said he, 'Then if thou followest me, question me not on anything until I myself introduce the mention of it to thee.' 70
