And when Moses said to his page, 'I will not give up until I reach the meeting of the two seas, though I go on for many years. 60 When they reached the confluence they forgot the fish (they had brought as food) which swiftly made its way into the sea. 61 But when they had gone farther, he said to his servant: Bring to us our morning meal, certainly we have met with fatigue from this our journey. 62 He said: Didst thou see, when we took refuge on the rock, and I forgot the fish - and none but Satan caused me to forget to mention it - it took its way into the waters by a marvel. 63 Said Moosa, “This is exactly what we wanted”; so they came back retracing their steps. 64 Then they found one of Our votaries, whom We had blessed and given knowledge from Us. 65 Musa said to him: Shall I follow you on condition that you should teach me right knowledge of what you have been taught? 66 He said: Surely you cannot have patience with me 67 And how can you have patience in that of which you have not got a comprehensive knowledge? 68 Moses said, "God willing, you will find me patient, and I will not disobey you in any thing." 69 Said [the sage]: "Well, then, if thou art to follow me, do not question me about aught [that I may do] until I myself give thee an account thereof." 70
