And (remember) when Musa (Moses) said to his boy-servant: "I will not give up (travelling) until I reach the junction of the two seas or (until) I spend years and years in travelling." 60 When they reached the junction of the two seas they found out that they had forgotten all about the fish (which they had carried for food). The fish found its way into the sea. 61 And when they had gone further, he said unto his servant: Bring us our breakfast. Verily we have found fatigue in this our journey. 62 He replied, "Did you see when we were resting by the rock, that I forgot the fish? Satan made me forget it, so I did not mention it. It made its way to the sea in a miraculous way!" 63 Said he, 'This is what we were seeking!' And so they returned upon their tracks, retracing them. 64 Then found they one of Our slaves, unto whom We had given mercy from Us, and had taught him knowledge from Our presence. 65 Moses said to him: 'May I follow you so that you can teach me of that you have learned of righteousness' 66 He said: "You will not be able to bear with me. 67 "How can you remain patient with that which you do not fully understand?" 68 He (Moses) said: 'If Allah wills, you shall find me patient, I shall not disobey your order' 69 He (Khidr) said: "Then, if you follow me, ask me not about anything till I myself mention it to you." 70
