And (remember) when Musa (Moses) said to his boy-servant: "I will not give up (travelling) until I reach the junction of the two seas or (until) I spend years and years in travelling." 60 But when they reached the junction between them, they forgot their fish, and it took its course into the sea, slipping away. 61 And when the twain had passed by, he said unto his page: bring us our morning-meal, assuredly we have met from this journey of ours, toil 62 He said: Did you see when we took refuge on the rock then I forgot the fish, and nothing made me forget to speak of it but the Shaitan, and it took its way into the river; what a wonder! 63 Musa said: that is that which we have been seeking. So they turned back upon their footsteps, retracing. 64 Then they found one of Our slaves, unto whom We had bestowed mercy from Us, and whom We had taught knowledge from Us. 65 Moses asked him, "Can I follow you so that you would teach me the guidance that you have received?" 66 He said: "You will not be able to bear with me. 67 How canst thou bear with that whereof thou canst not compass any knowledge? 68 Musa (Moses) said: "If Allah will, you will find me patient, and I will not disobey you in aught." 69 He said: Well, if thou go with me, ask me not concerning aught till I myself make mention of it unto thee. 70
