(Consider) when Moses said to his young companion, "I shall continue travelling until I reach the junction of the two seas or have travelled for many years". 60 And when they reached the point where the two met, they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the waters, being free. 61 And when they had gone further, he said unto his servant: Bring us our breakfast. Verily we have found fatigue in this our journey. 62 He said: Didst thou see, when we took refuge on the rock, and I forgot the fish - and none but Satan caused me to forget to mention it - it took its way into the waters by a marvel. 63 Moses said, "That is just what we were looking for." So they went back the way they had come, 64 and there they found one of Our servants upon whom We had bestowed Our mercy, and to whom We had imparted a special knowledge from Ourselves. 65 Moses said to him: "May l follow you that you may teach me something of the wisdom which you have been taught?" 66 He replied, "You will not be able to bear with me patiently. 67 And how shouldst thou bear patiently that thou hast never encompassed in thy knowledge?' 68 He (Moses) said: 'If Allah wills, you shall find me patient, I shall not disobey your order' 69 He (Khidr) said: "Then, if you follow me, ask me not about anything till I myself mention it to you." 70
