Mention in the Book, Moses. He was devoted, a Messenger, and a Prophet. 51 And We called him from the right side of the Mount, and made him draw near to Us for a talk with him [Musa (Moses)]. 52 And with Our mercy We bestowed upon him his brother Haroon, a Prophet. 53 And mention in the Book Ishmael; he was true to his promise, and he was a Messenger, a Prophet. 54 And he enjoined on his family prayer and almsgiving, and was one in whom his Lord was well pleased. 55 And mention in the Book, Idris; he too was of the truth and a Prophet, 56 We raised him up to a high place. 57 Those were they unto whom Allah bestowed His Grace from among the Prophets, of the offspring of Adam, and of those whom We carried (in the ship) with Nuh (Noah), and of the offspring of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Israel and from among those whom We guided and chose. When the Verses of the Most Beneficent (Allah) were recited unto them, they fell down prostrating and weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ They were succeeded by a people who neglected the Prayers and pursued their lusts. They shall presently meet with their doom, 59 Excepting those who may repent and believe and work righteously; these shall enter the Garden and shall not be wronged at all 60 [theirs will be the] gardens of perpetual bliss which the Most Gracious has promised unto His servants, in a realm which is beyond the reach of human perception: [and,] verily, His promise is ever sure of fulfilment! 61 They shall not hear therein any vain discourse, but only: Peace, and they shall have their sustenance therein morning and evening. 62 This is the garden which We cause those of Our servants to inherit who guard (against evil). 63 (The angels say:) "We descend not but by command of thy Lord: to Him belongeth what is before us and what is behind us, and what is between: and thy Lord never doth forget,- 64 He is the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between. Serve Him, then, and be constant in serving Him. Do you know anyone that might be His compeer?" 65
