Mention in the Book, Moses. He was devoted, a Messenger, and a Prophet. 51 We called him from the right side of Mount Sinai and drew him close for communication. 52 And with Our mercy We bestowed upon him his brother Haroon, a Prophet. 53 And mention in the Book Ishmael; he was true to his promise, and he was a Messenger, a Prophet. 54 He enjoined his household to observe Prayer and to give Zakah (purifying alms); and his Lord was well pleased with him. 55 AND CALL to mind, through this divine writ, Idris. Behold, he was a man of truth, a prophet, 56 And We lifted him to a high position. (Living with soul & body in heaven, after his death.) 57 These are they unto whom Allah showed favour from among the prophets, of the seed of Adam and of those whom We carried (in the ship) with Noah, and of the seed of Abraham and Israel, and from among those whom We guided and chose. When the revelations of the Beneficent were recited unto them, they fell down, adoring and weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ Then there succeeded them a posterity who neglected the prayers and followed lusts; so presently they shall meet with perdition. 59 Except those who repent and come to believe and do the right. These will enter Paradise and will not be wronged the least 60 Gardens Everlasting, which the Compassionate hath promised unto his bondmen, unseen; verily His promise is ever to be fulfilled. 61 They hear therein no idle talk, but only Peace; and therein they have food for morn and evening. 62 Such is the Paradise which We shall give as an inheritance to those of Our slaves who have been Al-Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2). 63 [Gabriel said], "And we [angels] descend not except by the order of your Lord. To Him belongs that before us and that behind us and what is in between. And never is your Lord forgetful - 64 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them - so worship Him and have patience for His worship. Do you know of any similarity to Him?" 65
