And the disbeliever says, "When I have died, am I going to be brought forth alive?" 66 Does not man remember that We created him before, while he was nothing? 67 And so, by thy Sustainer, [on Judgment Day] We shall most certainly bring them forth together with the satanic forces [which impelled them in life] and then We shall most certainly gather them, on their knees, around hell; 68 We shall then pick out from every group the one who was most arrogant towards the Most Gracious. 69 We surely know best those most deserving of the fires of hell, 70 and there is not one of you but shall pass through it: a decree from your Lord which must be fulfilled. 71 Then, We will save those who were cautious of Us, but the harmdoers shall be left there hobbling on their knees. 72 When Our clear verses are recited to them the unbelievers say to the believers: 'Which of the two parties has a better position or company?' 73 How many generations of greater prosperity and splendor have We destroyed before them? 74 Say: "As for him who lives in error, may the Most Gracious lengthen the span of his life! [And let them say whatever they say until the time when they behold that [doom] of which they were forewarned - whether it be suffering [in this world] or [at the coming of] the Last Hour - for then they will understand which [of the two kinds of man] was worse in station and weaker in resources! 75 And Allah increases those who were guided, in guidance, and the enduring good deeds are better to your Lord for reward and better for recourse. 76 Have you, then, seen him who disbelieves in Our communications and says: I shall certainly be given wealth and children? 77 Has he known the unseen or has he taken a covenant from the Most Beneficent (Allah)? 78 By no means! We shall write down that which he saith; and We shall lengthen for him of the torment a length. 79 All that he speaks of will belong to Us, and he will come into Our presence all alone. 80 And they have taken besides Allah [false] deities that they would be for them [a source of] honor. 81 Indeed no! They will renounce their worship and turn against them. 82
