Do you not see that We have appointed devils to incite those who deny the truth to disobedience? 83 (Muhammad), exercise patience; We have given them respite only for an appointed time. 84 The Day shall soon come when We shall bring together the God-fearing to the Most Compassionate Lord, as honoured guests; 85 And We will drive the guilty to hell thirsty 86 No one will have power to intercede, except for those who have permission from the Lord of Mercy. 87 And they say: The Beneficent Allah has taken (to Himself) a son. 88 Assuredly ye utter a disastrous thing 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 That they attribute to the Most Merciful a son. 91 But it is not suitable for (the Majesty of) the Most Beneficent (Allah) that He should beget a son (or offspring or children). 92 Not one of the beings in the heavens and the earth but must come to (Allah) Most Gracious as a servant. 93 Certainly He has a comprehensive knowledge of them and He has numbered them a (comprehensive) numbering. 94 and every one of them will appear before Him on Resurrection Day in a lonely state. 95 Indeed those who believed and did good deeds – the Most Gracious will appoint love for them. (In the hearts of other believers.) 96 We have therefore made this Qur’an easy upon your tongue, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) for you to announce glad tidings with it to those who fear, and warn those who are quarrelsome. 97 How many generations have We laid low before them. Do you see any sign of them, or hear the least whisper of them? 98
