They will question you about the mountains. Say: 'My Lord will scatter them as ashes 105 and leave them so smoothly levelled 106 Wherein thou shalt not see any crookedness or ruggedness. 107 That Day, everyone will follow [the call of] the Caller [with] no deviation therefrom, and [all] voices will be stilled before the Most Merciful, so you will not hear except a whisper [of footsteps]. 108 On that day no one’s intercession shall benefit except his to whom the Most Gracious has given permission and whose word He has liked. (The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 109 He knows what is before them and behind them, and they do not comprehend Him in knowledge. 110 ۞ And [on that Day] all faces will be humbled before the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsistent Fount of All Being; and undone shall be he who bears [a burden of] evildoing 111 And the one who does some good deeds, and is a Muslim – he shall have no fear of injustice, nor suffer any loss. 112 And thus We have sent it down as a Quran in Arabic, and have explained therein in detail the warnings, in order that they may fear Allah, or that it may cause them to have a lesson from it (or to have the honour for believing and acting on its teachings). 113 High above all is Allah, the King, the Truth! Be not in haste with the Qur'an before its revelation to thee is completed, but say, "O my Lord! advance me in knowledge." 114 And verily We made a covenant of old with Adam, but he forgot, and We found no constancy in him. 115
