The Believers (Al-Mu' minoon)
118 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Prophets (Al-Anbyaa') before Prostration (Al-Sajdah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Successful indeed are the believers. 1 those who, in their Prayers, humble themselves; 2 And who keep aloof from what is vain, 3 Who are active in deeds of charity; 4 and who are mindful of their chastity, 5 Except from their wives and women slaves of old are free of blame, 6 And whosoever seeketh beyond that, then it is these who are the transgressors 7 And who are shepherds of their pledge and their covenant, 8 and who observe their prayers. 9 These are the real gainers, 10 Who will inherit Paradise: they will dwell therein (for ever). 11 And indeed We created man (Adam) out of an extract of clay (water and earth). 12 then We set him, a drop, in a receptacle secure, 13 then We made this drop into a clot, then We made the clot into a lump, then We made the lump into bones, then We clothed the bones with flesh, and then We caused it to grow into another creation. Thus Most Blessed is Allah, the Best of all those that create. 14 Then lo! after that ye surely die. 15 Then you will be raised up again on the Resurrection Day. 16 We have created seven heavens above you and have never been neglectful to Our Creation. 17 We sent down water from the sky in right measure, and caused it to stay in the earth, and We have the power to cause it to vanish (in the manner We please). 18 Then We produce for you therewith gardens of date-palms and grapes, wherein is much fruit for you and whereof ye eat; 19 Also a tree springing out of Mount Sinai, which produces oil, and relish for those who use it for food. 20 And in cattle (too) ye have an instructive example: from within their bodies We produce (milk) for you to drink; there are, in them, (besides), numerous (other) benefits for you; and of their (meat) ye eat; 21 And on them and on the ships you are borne. 22

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
