Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Blissful are the believers 1 They who are during their prayer humbly submissive 2 who turn away from idle talk; 3 And they who are observant of zakah 4 and guard their private parts 5 save from their wives, or those whom their right hands possess; for with regard to them they are free from blame " 6 whereas such as seek to go beyond that [limit] are truly transgressors; 7 and who are faithful to their trusts and to their pledges, 8 And those who keep a guard on their prayers; 9 These are indeed the inheritors. 10 Heirs of Paradise, they shall abide in it forever. 11 Man We did create from a quintessence (of clay); 12 then We set him, a drop, in a receptacle secure, 13 Then fashioned We the drop a clot, then fashioned We the clot a little lump, then fashioned We the little lump bones, then clothed the bones with flesh, and then produced it as another creation. So blessed be Allah, the Best of creators! 14 Thereafter you are destined to die, 15 Then you will be raised up again on the Resurrection Day. 16 And We have created above you seven paths, and We are never unmindful of creation. 17 And We sent down from the sky water (rain) in (due) measure, and We gave it lodging in the earth, and verily, We are Able to take it away. 18 Then We brought forth for you therewith gardens of date-palm and vines; for you therein are fruits many, and thereof ye eat. 19 We have also created for you the tree that grows on Mount Sinai which produces oil and relish for those who use it. 20 There is a lesson for you concerning cattle. We provide you with drink from their bellies and many other benefits. You can consume them as meat. 21 And you are carried on them and on the ship. 22
