O YOU APOSTLES! Partake of the good things of life, and do righteous deeds: verily, I have full knowledge of all that you do. 51 Your religion is one and I am your Lord. Have fear of Me". 52 But they (men) have broken their religion among them into sects, each group rejoicing in its belief. 53 So leave them immersed in their heedlessness till an appointed time. 54 Think they that in the wealth and sons wherewith We provide them 55 We are busy lavishing on them all kinds of good? Nay, they do not perceive the reality of the matter. 56 Verily those who for fear of their Lord are in awe. 57 And those who believe in the revelations of their Lord, 58 who associate none with their Lord in His Divinity, 59 and who give whatever they [have to] give with their hearts trembling at the thought that unto their Sustainer they must return: 60 it is they who vie with one another in doing good works and shall be the foremost in doing so. 61 We do not burden a soul beyond capacity, for We have a record that tells the truth. No wrong will be done to any one. 62 On the contrary, their hearts are in neglect of this and their works are different than those of the believers, the works that they are doing. 63 To the extent that when We seized the wealthy among them with punishment, they immediately began imploring. 64 Implore not today; verily ye from Us are not to be succoured. 65 Indeed My Verses used to be recited to you, but you used to turn back on your heels (denying them, and with hatred to listen to them). 66 being proud against it, talking foolishness by night. 67 Have they not pondered over the Word (of Allah, i.e. what is sent down to the Prophet SAW), or has there come to them what had not come to their fathers of old? 68 Or is it that they did not recognise their Noble Messenger, therefore they consider him alien? 69 Do they say he is possessed? Rather he has brought them the truth, but most of them are averse to the truth. 70 Were the Truth to follow their desires, the order of the heavens and the earth and those who dwell in them would have been ruined. Nay, the fact is that We have brought to them their own remembrance; and yet it is from their own remembrance that they are turning away. 71 Or is it that thou askest them for some recompense? But the recompense of thy Lord is best: He is the Best of those who give sustenance. 72 And verily, thou callest them onto a straight way 73 And most surely those who do not believe in the hereafter are deviating from the way. 74 ۞ And if We show mercy to them and remove the distress they have, they would persist in their inordinacy, blindly wandering on. 75 And indeed We seized them with punishment, but they humbled not themselves to their Lord, nor did they invoke (Allah) with submission to Him. 76 Until, when We open for them the gate of extreme punishment, behold! they are aghast thereat. 77
