It is He who gave you ears, eyes and hearts, yet how seldom you are grateful! 78 It is He Who has dispersed you all around the earth, and it is unto Him that you shall all be mustered. 79 And it is He Who gives life and causes death, and for Him are the alternations of night and day; so do you not have sense? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what the men of old said. 81 they say: "What! After we have died and become mere dust and bones, shall we, forsooth, be raised from the dead? 82 "Verily, this we have been promised, we and our fathers before (us)! This is only the tales of the ancients!" 83 Say thou: whose is the earth and whosoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will say: Unto Allah. Say: Will ye not then remember? 85 Say: "Who is (the) Lord of the seven heavens, and (the) Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will say, "(They belong) to Allah." Say: "Will ye not then be filled with awe?" 87 Say: In Whose hand is the dominion over all things and He protecteth, while against Him there is no protection, if ye have knowledge? 88 They will say: (This is) Allah's. Say: From whence are you then deceived? 89 We have sent them the truth and they, certainly, are liars. 90 Never did God take unto Himself any offspring, nor has there ever been any deity side by side with Him: [for, had there been any,] lo! each deity would surely have stood apart [from the others] in whatever it had created, and they would surely have [tried to] overcome one another! Limitless in His glory is God, [far] above anything that men may devise by way of definition, 91 He has the knowledge of all seen and unseen things. He is too exalted to be considered equal to anything else. 92
