It is He who gave you hearing, sight, and hearts, but only few of you give thanks. 78 And He it is Who spread you on the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 It is He who gives life, and makes to die, and to Him belongs the alternation of night and day; what, will you not understand? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what the men of old said. 81 'When we are dead and become dust and bones shall we be resurrected? 82 We were promised such things and so were our forefathers before us. All these are no more than tales of the past." 83 Say, "To whom do the earth and all therein belong? Tell me, if you have any knowledge?" 84 They will say: "To God." Say: "Then why do you not bethink yourselves?" 85 Say: 'Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the mighty Throne?' 86 They will say, "[They belong] to Allah." Say, "Then will you not fear Him?" 87 Say: "Whose is the sovereignty over all things, who protects, and against whom there is no protection? {Answer) if you have knowledge." 88 'Allah' they will reply. Say: 'How then can you be so bewitched' 89 Rather, We have brought them the truth, and indeed they are liars. 90 Never did Allah take to Himself a son, and never was there with him any (other) god-- in that case would each god have certainly taken away what he created, and some of them would certainly have overpowered others; glory be to Allah above what they describe! 91 (He is) the Knower of the Unseen and the Seen, High Exalted be He above that they associate. 92
