And He it is Who brought forth for you hearing and sight and hearts, little thanks ye give! 78 And it is He Who has spread you in the earth, and towards Him you are to be raised. 79 And it is He Who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what their predecessors of yore had said. 81 They say: What! When we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we then be raised? 82 We were promised such things and so were our forefathers before us. All these are no more than tales of the past." 83 (Muhammad), say to them, "Tell me, if you know, to whom does the earth and its contents belong?" 84 They will say, "To Allah!" say: "Yet will ye not receive admonition?" 85 Say: "Then who is the Lord of the seven skies? And who is the Lord of the mighty Throne?" 86 They will say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not then fear Allah (believe in His Oneness, obey Him, believe in the Resurrection and Recompense for each and every good or bad deed)." 87 Say thou: in whose hands is the governance of everything, and who sheltereth but from whom none is sheltered, if ye know? 88 They will say: "(All that belongs) to Allah." Say: "How then are you deceived and turn away from the truth?" 89 Nay, but We have brought them the Truth, and lo! they are liars. 90 Never did Allah take to Himself a son, and never was there with him any (other) god-- in that case would each god have certainly taken away what he created, and some of them would certainly have overpowered others; glory be to Allah above what they describe! 91 [He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, so high is He above what they associate [with Him]. 92
