It is He who produced for you hearing, and eyes, and hearts; little thanks you show. 78 And He has multiplied you through the earth, and to Him shall ye be gathered back. 79 It is He who gives life, and makes to die, and to Him belongs the alternation of night and day; what, will you not understand? 80 But nay, they speak as the people of olden times did speak: 81 They said, "When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? 82 We and our fathers have been promised this before; this is naught but the fairy-tales of the ancients.' 83 Say: Whose is the earth, and whoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will say: "To God." Say: "Then why do you not bethink yourselves?" 85 Say: "Who is it that sustains the seven heavens and is enthroned in His awesome almightiness?" 86 They will surely say: God. Say thou: will ye not then fear? 87 Say: Who is it in Whose hand is the kingdom of all things and Who gives succor, but against Him Succor is not given, if you do but know? 88 They will say, 'God's.' Say: 'How then are you bewitched? 89 Nay, but We have brought them the Truth, and lo! they are liars. 90 No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him! 91 Knower of the unseen and the visible; He is exalted above all that which they associate with Him. 92
